Business Title Escrow, Inc. is one of the first escrow companies in Southern California to specialize in the unique escrow areas of business opportunity, bulk sales, and liquor license escrow services.

Founded in 1954, Business Title Escrow has been leading the escrow industry in its niche for nearly a half century.

In keeping with the most advanced technology, we can have escrow instructions and all related documents emailed to clients and brokers within one hour of receiving information. We provide prompt overnight service for the return of all documents, deposits and proceeds transmitted by Fed Wire - office visits are no longer necessary!

The company is licensed and regulated by the California Department of Corporations and insured by the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation ensuring that all transactions are conducted in accordance with California regulations, and with the utmost security, privacy and confidentiality.

Our Team

Jackie started in the business opportunity escrow industry in 1976 and has built a reputation of professionalism and knowledge throughout the industry. In addition to business opportunity/bulk sales and liquor license escrows, she handles residential and commercial property escrows, loan escrows and corporate stock transfers.

Stephanie Hardie
Escrow Officer

Stephanie has been an escrow officer since 1998. She attended Utah Valley State and returned to Southern California to work with Jackie in the family business.

She has committed herself to becoming a skilled escrow officer and has become highly knowledgeable about the escrow industry. Stephanie specializes in liquor license escrows and business opportunity/bulk sale transactions.
